L’ITALIANO LINGUA STRANIERA A CITTÀ DEL MESSICO

Abstract

Dopo una breve introduzione in cui si presenta la storia, la funzione e la struttura della Universidad Nacional di Città del Messico e della Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán, l’articolo illustra l’attività del Departamento de Lenguas Extranjeras (“Dipartimento di Lingue Straniere”) di questa università soffermandosi in modo particolare sulla organizzazione dei corsi del Dipartimento di Italiano, sulle finalità formative dell’insegnamento dell’italiano e sul sillabo e sugli approcci adottati dai docenti. L’articolo si conclude fornendo un quadro delle motivazioni che spingono gli studenti all’apprendimento della lingua italiana, motivazioni rilevate attraverso un questionario proposto dall’autrice nel corso di un suo stage presso il Dipartimento di Italiano.

After a brief introduction presenting the history, function and structure of the Universidad Nacional di Città del Messico e della Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán, this article illustrates the activities of the Departamento de Lenguas Extranjeras (“Foreign Languages Department”) and investigates the organization of the Italian courses, the teaching aims, the syllabus and the teaching approaches.  The article ends by listing the motivations which push students to learn Italian, surveyed through a questionnaire administered by the author during her experience working in the Italian Department.
