For most of your warm up sets don't exceed more Arm Up System than 10-20 reps. You should perform maximum of 3 sets of reps 6-8 for any body part of your exercise. More sets or reps will lead to over-training and muscle loss. Train with heavy weights to become stronger and bigger quickly and take 3-5 minutes of rest in between. There is a common myth that you need to take shorter duration of rest in between sets, but the fact is if you body has not recovered from the previous heavy workout then how can you can perform the next set with same intensity. Train your slow growing muscles with more frequency. If your forearms or calves are not growing, try hitting them with more frequency than other muscle groups. They can easily be trained three times per week and recover without any problem. These will make your forearms or calves to grow like never before.Always make your own judgment in Gym and listen to your body. Remember no human is alike and no bodybuilders are alike. So if a exercise is good and productive for someone else may be not as much productive or effective for you. Go to the gym, get stronger, go home, eat, sleep and repeat. If you are doing six sets per week of pressing exercises you need to do six sets per week of pulling exercises. If you do two sets of curls you should do two sets of triceps work.
