Abstract

Il presente articolo si propone di analizzare la caratterizzazione essenzialmente negativa che la rete subisce nella letteratura contemporanea. Nella prima parte si discute la tendenza a ignorare Internet e i suoi effetti sulla società. Nella seconda parte ci si concentra su due romanzi, The Circle No One Is Talking About This, che invece mettono Internet al centro delle propri storie, per criticarlo.
