Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submitted paper should be unpublished and not have been submitted to other journals (otherwise, please refer to the Editors in the comments section).
- The submitted file should be in one of the following formats: OpenOffice (.odt), LibreOffice (.odt), Microsoft Word (for Mac or Windows) (.docx), RTF, or Pages.
- Where available, URLs for the references should be checked before submission.
- Text should be double spaced, use a 12- or 11-point sans serif font, contain a full References list, and place any notes at the end of the text.
- Any illustrations, figures, and tables should be placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- All submissions should respect indications given in the Author Guidelines section.
- Authors must ensure their text is primed for blind review—any identifying information must be removed from the text (inlcuding from notes and file name).
