Abstract

The following new species of Embolemidae are described: Ampulicomorpha nepalensis, from Nepal; A. pecki, from South Africa; A. wilkersoni, from Colombia; A. gilli, from Venezuela; A. suavis, from Costa Rica; A. gressitti, from New Guinea; Embolemus huberi, from Iran; E. harteni, from Yemen; E. pecki, from Japan, Taiwan and Indonesia; E. sanbornei and E. capensis, from South Africa; E. bestelmeyeri, from Argentina; E. andersoni, from Guatemala. New keys to the world Embolemidae are given. In addition, a new species of Dryinidae, Dryinus fullertoni, from Florida (U.S.A.) is described. A new key to the females of Dryinus inconsultus (Olmi) group is given.
