Abstract

The digital revolution occupies an overflowing space in every human, communicative, regulatory, social, and institutional dynamics. The virtual no longer represents a mere operational mode, but now concerns every action and every thought. The doubts, perplexities and risks generated by the virtual, understood as intelligent operativity, affect everyone’s time and space. Hence the production of two paradoxical extremes: unconditional adhesion and categorical refusal. In the space in between, procedures proliferate whose impact no one can yet hypothesise or explain.
