Abstract

This short contribution reconsiders the items identified as possible representations of the two deities. As far as Culśanś is concerned, a possible process of canonization of the iconographical model could be traced starting from the 7th/6th century BC up until the identification of the god with Janus. On the contrary, about Culśu, the female two-faced representations seem more controversial and much less reliable.
