Gli scavi di Paola Pelagatti nella prima necropoli di Camarina hanno portato in luce 657 anfore da trasporto di diversa provenienza, riutilizzate per altrettante sepolture infantili. Molte di esse sono già note, soprattutto quelle recanti delle iscrizioni, esse saranno oggetto della pubblicazione definitiva da parte di J.Ch. Sourisseau.
Paola Pelagatti’s excavations in the first necropolis of Camarina brought to light 657 transport amphorae of various origins, reused for as many infant burials. Many of them are already known, especially those bearing inscriptions, they will be the subject of the definitive publication by J.Ch. Sourisseau.
