Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished contributions relevant to the aims and scope of the journal.

Submissions must be uploaded through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted manuscript complies with the requirements described below.

Peer Review and Anonymity

The journal adopts a double-blind peer-review process.

For the review phase, the manuscript file must be fully anonymized. Authors should remove:

  • names and affiliations;
  • acknowledgements;
  • self-identifying references;
  • metadata that may reveal authorship.

At the same time, the metadata entered into the OJS platform must be complete and accurate, including:

  • full title of the contribution;
  • optional subtitle;
  • abstract;
  • full list of authors;
  • affiliations;
  • e-mail address of the corresponding author;
  • ORCID identifiers.

The editorial office will use the metadata exclusively for editorial management and publication purposes.

Manuscript Structure

There is no mandatory template for manuscript preparation. Authors may use their preferred word-processing software provided that the manuscript follows the structure described below.

Abstract

Each contribution must include an abstract clearly presenting:

  • objectives of the work;
  • methodology;
  • main results;
  • conclusions.

The abstract should be written as a single coherent text and should be understandable independently of the full paper.
The abstract must not exceed 250 words.

Keywords

Authors should provide an appropriate set of keywords to facilitate indexing and retrieval.

Citations and References

The journal adopts the APA Style (7th edition).
Detailed guidelines are available at: https://apastyle.apa.org/

Authors may use:

  • the bibliography management tools integrated into Microsoft Word;
  • reference management software (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote);
  • bibliographic exports generated by Google Scholar.

In-Text Citations

References must be cited within the text using the author-date format. Examples:

  • (Ludovico, 2022)
  • (Ludovico & Mazali, 2015, pp. 22–30)
  • (Ludovico, Mazali, & Morreale, 2010, p. 19)

Every item appearing in the bibliography must be cited within the text.
