A Project Work for Enhancing Memory between History and Web

This article aims to describe a project work elaborated at the end of the first edition of the master in Digital Humanities promoted by the University of Milan (a.y. 2019-2020). In it Aprea focuses on the issue of the Italian school archives, providing a prototypal digital platform based on the software Omeka S, to enhance the memory of school documents from the beginning of the XXth century until today. Thanks to the collaboration of school leaders, teachers and student, the aim is to emphasize the very important heritage of school as an identitary moment. Crossing the tools of Open Access with the Public History purposes, as the short Introduction shows, it will be possible to link sources and history in a very fruitful dialogue.
