La riforma dell’arte drammatica nel primo Settecento francese trova in Baron e in Adrienne Le Couvreur, attori della Comédie Française, due protagonisti d’eccezione. Scopo del saggio sarà definire il loro apporto al superamento definitivo della declamazione tragica mutuata dalla tradizione retorica, analizzandone i legami con la tradizione comica antecedente e studiando la linea diretta che dalla Le Couvreur, a ritroso, congiunge Baron al suo maestro e scopritore Molière e alla tradizione italiana della Commedia dell’Arte.Downloads
