PER UNA DIDATTICA ESPLICITA DEL PARLATO AGLI STUDENTI UNIVERSITARI. UN’INTRODUZIONE AL PROGETTO PARLARE ALL’UNIVERSITÀ

Il contributo presenta i contenuti, le coordinate metodologiche e i primi risultati del progetto di ricerca Parlare all’Università del FICLIT (Università di Bologna). Il progetto ha dato forma a un corso online in autoapprendimento, composto da video lezioni e moduli interattivi, destinato agli studenti universitari di laurea triennale e magistrale in lingua italiana; il corso focalizza alcuni aspetti dell’academic public speaking utili per il sostenimento di esami orali e altri colloqui universitari. Nella prima parte dell’articolo si descrive lo stato dell’arte sulla didattica esplicita della produzione orale nel contesto scolastico e universitario, italiano e non solo. Nella seconda parte si descrivono e contestualizzano i temi trattati nel sillabo del corso ovvero i contenuti dei moduli. Nella terza parte del contributo, infine, si presentano e si discutono alcuni risultati e i futuri sviluppi del progetto.
Toward an explicit teaching of speaking to university students. An introduction to the “Parlare all’università” project
The paper presents the topics, methodological coordinates and first results of the FICLIT (University of Bologna) research project “Parlare all’università”. The project shaped a self-study online course consisting of video lectures and interactive modules for undergraduate students of bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Italian language; the course focuses on some useful aspects of academic public speaking designed for taking oral exams and other university interviews. The first part of the paper describes the state of the art on explicit teaching of oral production in the school and university context, Italian and beyond. The second part describes and contextualizes the topics covered in the course syllabus i.e. the contents of the modules. Finally, in the third part of the paper, some results and future developments of the project are presented and discussed.
