The article begins with a reflection on the theme of the Interpretant in Peirce, understood as the interweaving of practices that determine the process of truth construction. Secondly, in the light of Carlo Sini's philosophy, the notion of the Interpretant is reread from the perspective of its living occasion: a finite and determined embodiment that occurs between the cognitive disciplines and the corresponding clothes of response. Finally, the training centre Mechrí - Laboratory of Philosophy and Culture is mentioned as an exemplary case of a philosophy and cultural policy inspired by the principle of transdisciplinarity.
