Abstract

The Study highlights the clear evolutionary relevance that the conciliar and post-conciliar dynamics of the twentieth century - thanks to the introduction of new value orientations compared to the past - have gradually had the opportunity to embody. Alongside a strongly progressive assessment of the overall state of affairs, the Author does not fail to identify gaps and uncertainties observables ex post, in the constituent action of the legislator.
