Author Biography

Flavia Sorbo, University of Turin / University of Bari “Aldo Moro”

PhD student of the National PhD Program in Gender Studies at the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”. Her research focuses on investigating gender equality in the context of national and subnational public funding. She holds a Master’s degree in Cinema, Performing Arts, Music, and Media from the University of Turin, where she completed a thesis titled Sogni di Gloria. Corpo e rappresentazione nel cinema erotico di Gloria Guida. Her other research interests include film and popular culture studies and Italian cinema.
