Infermieri e Leadership: apprendimento e sviluppo nella formazione. Una revisione narrativa

Lo sviluppo delle capacità di leadership tra gli studenti di infermieristica potrebbe essere un metodo utile per migliorare la leadership tra gli infermieri. Nonostante una riconosciuta utilità, mancano prove su quali strategie e modelli teorici utilizzare. Lo scopo di questo studio è quello di riassumere e analizzare le migliori strategie e i migliori modelli teorici per sviluppare le capacità di leadership tra gli studenti di infermieristica. Tra marzo e settembre 2022 è stata effettuata una revisione della letteratura, cercando nei database biomedici Pubmed, Cinahl, Trip Database, Scopus, Excerpa Medica Database. Sono stati inclusi 17 articoli. Sono state identificate diverse aree tematiche, suddivise in apprendimento tra pari, simulazione, collaborazione con altre organizzazioni, riflessione, curriculum integrato, strategie e modelli alternativi per lo sviluppo della leadership. Le strategie di sviluppo della leadership riportate sembrano essere efficaci e utilizzabili nei corsi di formazione infermieristica. Inoltre, è stata riconosciuta l'importanza di somministrare gli interventi formativi in tutti gli anni di
corso.
