Implementazione di scrittura riflessiva creativa e close reading nella rielaborazione dell’esperienza di tirocinio clinico per studenti di infermieristica: protocollo di studio multimetodo

Background: la formazione dei futuri professionisti sanitari influenza fortemente il loro sviluppo in termini di conoscenze, competenze e intelligenza emotiva. L'utilizzo di strumenti narrativi, che hanno dimostrato di ridurre i tassi di abbandono e di promuovere la maturità emotiva, la comunicazione efficace e la costruzione di relazioni, può rappresentare un'aggiunta trasformativa alla loro formazione.
Obiettivi: sperimentare l'utilizzo della scrittura riflessiva e della lettura ravvicinata in laboratori relazionali per la rielaborazione di esperienze di tirocinio clinico negli studenti del primo anno del corso di laurea in infermieristica dell'UniMi
Materiali e metodi: studio multimetodo in due fasi. Studio quantitativo quasi sperimentale di prima fase a due coorti, che misura l'empatia, l'intelligenza emotiva, l'autoconsapevolezza, il ragionamento clinico. Segue l'introduzione delle NT sotto forma di workshop per uno dei due gruppi e la rivalutazione dei risultati. Seconda fase di studio qualitativo descrittivo con focus group e analisi tematica.
Risultati: nella formazione vengono utilizzati molti strumenti narrativi. Permettono un'analisi approfondita attraverso l'emergere delle emozioni provate. La scrittura riflessiva e la lettura attenta consentono una rielaborazione delle esperienze vissute, contribuendo al consolidamento delle capacità emotive e relazionali
Conclusioni: gli strumenti narrativi offrono preziose opportunità per riformulare le esperienze e migliorare le competenze essenziali tra gli operatori sanitari. Questo progetto identifica gli strumenti più efficaci e sostiene la loro integrazione nel curriculum accademico dei futuri professionisti sanitari
