Abstract

Focusing on the patient experience in pediatrics, considering adolescents' health literacy and parents' particular can provide essential insights for improving the quality of care and health services. This approach makes it possible to tailor information, education, and care interventions by promoting the effective participation of young patients and their families in the care process, thus improving their overall experience.
